Welcome to Elevate Collective.
You are joining a team that handles the heavy lifting behind the scenes so you can focus on selling. Your initial onboarding takes about 15–30 minutes of your active time. Elevate handles most of the setup behind the scenes.
Read this page, watch the overview, then move to Step 2.
Most of the setup from here happens behind the scenes.
Tell us about you.
Complete your Agent Profile and Welcome Sheet. This is the one form that powers everything else: your bio, headshot, contact information, areas you serve, social media, and MLS details.
Fill out the Agent Profile and Welcome Sheet. Plan for about 15 minutes.
Once your information is in, our team starts building your setup. You do not need to follow up; we will confirm when your materials are ready.
Plug into the team.
Pumble is where our team communicates, shares updates, asks questions, and stays connected. Your team calendar keeps meetings and Elevate events organized in one place.
- Watch the Pumble and team communication video.
- Use the private Pumble invitation sent directly to you.
- Accept your team calendar invitations so you do not miss meetings or events.

We build your Elevate setup.
Once your profile information is complete, our team begins preparing your core Elevate setup and the marketing and business materials applicable to your needs. This happens behind the scenes.
Nothing. This step is on us.
We prepare the applicable setup items, verify access, and make sure your core onboarding pieces are ready before your introduction call.
Most standard setup items are typically ready within 2–3 business days after your profile is complete. We will let you know when your setup is ready for review.
Your intro call, then you are ready.
Once your setup is substantially complete, you will have a short intro call with our team. We will show you what was created, where your resources live, and how to make the most of them. Bring any operational questions.
- Watch the Step 5 intro call overview.
- Attend your intro call.
- Bring any operational questions.
- Come to your first team meeting.
- Scheduling your intro call.
- Making sure your setup is verified and substantially complete before the call.
- Showing you where your Elevate resources and applicable materials live.
Core onboarding has a finish line.
A short confirmation page confirms your onboarding is complete. That is the finish line for core onboarding.
Ongoing development continues after onboarding without making the onboarding process feel endless.
